REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in Environmental
Management, Health and Safety, and Quality Management across
our operations.
This commitment to continuous improvement is demonstrated through the
certifications Workdry successfully retained in 2024:

Selwood is certified to ISO 9001 for Quality Management, ISO 14001 for
Environmental Management, and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and
Safety
•
Siltbuster holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
•
Vanderkamp is certified to ISO 9001
Holland Pump maintained its membership of the Contractors Safety Council
and met or exceeded the standard signed up to under PEC & Premier Safety
Management.
These systems are reviewed regularly by our Board and updated annually. As
part of our One Workdry business integration plan we began work on a legal

Towards the end of the year, Selwood successfully submitted its Phase 3 ESOS
Report to the Environment Agency. We have since made good progress on the
recommendations within the associated action plan.

We have a rolling programme and energy efficiency improvements across our
estate, which in 2024 included increased smart meter roll out, more accurate
utility monitoring and the installation of energy-efficient heating and lighting
at several locations.
