Sharing Best Practise
Each course is tailored to the audience. For example, typically UK housebuilders are
interested in modules on UK Legislation and Suspended Solids Removal. Clients
can request bespoke sessions relevant to their business or project.
We trained over 170 industry peers in 2024. Over the years we have welcomed
many regulatory officers including those from local authorities, the Environment
Agency and some Water Companies and their supply chain partners.

We have a proud history of thought leadership across our industry.
We regularly engage with our supply chain and industry partners to share learning
and best practice. We provide a variety of environmental training courses out
of our Siltbuster Head Office in Monmouth. These courses are designed to give
environmental professionals the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in the
Water and Wastewater industry. Our own staff regularly attend as part of their
induction training and courses can be requested as part of their L&D plans.

Our Colleagues in Holland Pump offer a similar level of thought leadership and in
2025 will be developing the ‘Holland Pump University’ – a specialist training facility
designed to upskill our own staff and share best practice with our US customers
and industry partners.
