The Group remains committed to the recruitment

to supporting the training and progression
of employees with disabilities, ensuring
their development is not limited by
unfair barriers or perceptions.
We understand the power of informal
support and role modelling. In 2024, we
expanded our mentoring programme
by launching a new Mentor Induction
Training to equip both new and existing
mentors with the tools to guide and
inspire their peers.
