INTERNATIONAL
Internally, we have taken steps to enhance fairness and transparency, initiating
a comprehensive review of our financial and non-financial recognition schemes
to ensure competitiveness and reinforce staff motivation and retention.
As a Real Living Wage employer in the UK—and with equivalent standards
across our globals operations—we ensure all employees receive fair,
competitive pay that reflects the true cost of living. Clear and unambiguous
information regarding terms of employment, salary, and benefits is provided
to all workers before they begin employment. We expect our supply chain
partners to uphold these same principles.
We know that we don’t work in isolation, and maintain a strong commitment
to timely supplier payments, especially for smaller vendors who depend on
predictable cash flow.
Going forward we’ll be supporting smaller suppliers with their ESG journeys to
help ensure alignment with our own aspirations.
We are committed to making a positive impact in the communities where we
work. Our approach helps build engaged teams, resilient supply chains, and
thriving communities—delivering impact well beyond our core operations.
However, we struggle to measure that impact. In 2025 we will begin work on
formalising a social value baseline to assess our business impact.
