QUALITY
In addition to ISO 9001 and our focus on our QMS, across the Workdry group
we maintain a series of other accreditations as part of our commitment to
continuous improvement and operational excellence.
We are committed to delivering high quality products and services
that consistently meet or exceed the expectations of our customers,
stakeholders, and other interested parties.
In 2024, significant progress was made in strengthening quality processes
across Workdry. A thorough Supplier Review was completed to identify and
address compliance requirements of active suppliers. Quality Management
System (QMS) procedures were elevated to a Workdry-wide standard, aligning
all our UK/EU businesses under a single, cohesive quality framework.
We’re known for our quality of service, and in 2024 we received recognition
through a series of industry award nominations, including:
• Safety & Health Excellence Awards – The Safer Logistics Award
• Pump Centre Young Engineer Awards 2025 – Apprentice
• New Civil Engineer Awards – Impact in Water and Environment
• Construction News Awards – Best Use of Technology
• Unsung hero Award - Inspiring Women in Construction & Engineering
Award
We’re particularly proud of Selwood winning Speedy Supplier of the year and
Project of the year at the Pump Industry Awards and Siltbuster winning the
Made in Wales award.
All of this was delivered while maintaining full ISO 9001 compliance, supported
by the completion of 22 internal audits and resulting in zero non-conformances
across 12 days of external audits.
