forced of being free from or compulsory labour, freedom of association, gender
and diversity issues, and labour standards/working conditions.
We uphold ethical sourcing and procurement policies, ensuring that our supply
chain partners share our commitment to sustainability and fair labour practices. We
feel that every employee has the right to be able to work without fear of physical or
emotional harm. As such we do not tolerate bullying, harassment or discrimination
and we expect those in our supply chain to take active steps to prevent it too,
including clear policies and processes for raising and investigating concerns.
We recognise the potential risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in modern
supply chains and we expect suppliers to take all necessary actions to safeguard
against it. Our suppliers must comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and
any other relevant laws or legislation. Workdry refuses to do business with any
individual or organisation that does not operate by these standards or principles.
It is essential that equality of opportunity is not only actively encouraged, but
visible so that everyone has the chance to succeed. Workdry is committed to
upholding and protecting the basic human rights of everyone in our organisation
and our supply chain.
