roles and responsibilities.
■ Quality Policy
■ Health & Safety Policy
■ Anti Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement (June 2023)
■ Sustainability Policy
■ Whistleblowing Policy
■ Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Policy
■ Bribery Act Policy
Supplier audit
We have implemented supplier audits, ensuring we work with businesses which align to
our ESG values.
These audits assess our suppliers’ own ESG commitments and performance. Our approach
encourages open dialogue, provides resources for improvement, and fosters partnerships to
achieve shared sustainability goals.
Audits cover areas such as:
■ Does the supplier quantify and report its Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions?
■ Can it provide the total emissions, in terms of CO2 that it was responsible for emitting over its
standard reporting year?
■ Does it have a group/ organisational net zero carbon target or equivalent?
■ Does it have environmental management policies, preferring those with ISO
14001certification and efficient resource strategies?
■ Does it follow fair labour practices, maintain health and safety standards, and engage in
community initiatives?
■ Does it have Governance practices covering ethical conduct, anti-corruption measures,
transparency, and adherence to a supplier code of conduct?
