Transparency & Continuous Improvement
The governance arrangements described in this
section reflect The Workdry Group’s current level
of ESG maturity and our commitment to continuous
improvement. The insights from the materiality and
maturity assessment inform ongoing enhancements
to governance, policies, risk management and
reporting processes.
ESG metrics have been embedded in The Group’s
remuneration arrangements. Our Executive
Leadership Team has ESG-related objectives
ensuring alignment between strategic goals
and sustainable outcomes.
Tying ELT reward into ESG performance is not
commonplace in our industry and we’re proud
to be showing leadership in this area.
