Introducing Salesforce
The rollout of Salesforce at The Workdry
Group is a significant step forward in our
journey of continuous improvement across
the full customer lifecycle, with efficiency and
sustainability serving as core pillars.
In January 2025, we began with our sales
processes, refining how we identify and
onboard new clients and how we collaborate
across teams, to find the best solutions for our
customers’ water processing needs. Real-time
collaboration between customers, sales, and
engineering teams ensures that environmental
and sustainability factors are captured
throughout the lifecycle.
This makes sustainability a measurable part
of our business strategy through:

Product Categorisation: By tagging highefficiency or low-carbon equipment in the
Product Catalogue, we can automatically
calculate the percentage of revenue generated
from sustainable solutions
Resource Efficiency: Transitioning from paper
contracts to Salesforce Configure Price Quote
(CPQ) and digital signatures significantly reduces
paper waste and the carbon footprint associated
with physical document transportation
Carbon-Conscious Lead Scoring: We can
prioritise leads from sectors or projects that align
with our environmental goals, ensuring a focus on
“low-impact” growth
Effective Online Collaboration: We have
reduced unnecessary journeys and meetings
by collaborating in real-time on the Salesforce
platform to better communicate internally and
with our customers
