The Workdry Group ESG Report 2025 - Report - Page 123
Alongside procurement governance, The
Workdry Group works collaboratively with
industry bodies and trade associations to
promote responsible practices across the
water and wastewater management sector.
We are members of the Construction Plant
Hire Association (CPA) in the UK and the
Supply Chain Sustainability School (SCSS),
where we sit on the plant hire group and
retained Gold membership in 2025.
Over the year, we dedicated over 200
hours to engaging with SCSS, including
attending webinars, events, and strategic
partner meetings. With 122 hours focused on
Continued Professional Development (CPD)
training, we’ve ensured our team stays at the
forefront of industry standards and innovation.
As a proud SCSS member, we actively
contribute to shaping the future of sustainable
practices in the industry. Our involvement
in the Plant Group Charter underscores our
commitment to tackling the challenges of
tailpipe emissions and improving air quality in
our communities. This collaboration enables
us to identify and provide the SCSS with
information and guidance on pump standards
and management.
“By focusing on partnership working
we support knowledge-sharing,
capability building and continuous
improvement across
our supply chain. “
Jared Griffiths
Procurement Director, The Workdry Group
Central to our approach is The Workdry Group
Supplier Code of Ethics. Published in 2025, it
sets out the standards and behaviours expected
of suppliers and partners. Our suppliers are an
extension of our business, and the code reflects
our commitment to integrity, responsible operations
and the delivery of best value for customers.
