ESG Strategy
Materiality & ESG Maturity
Understanding what matters most to our
business and to our stakeholders is fundamental
to delivering a credible, focused and impactful
ESG strategy.
The Workdry Group’s ESG priorities are informed
by a structured Materiality and ESG Maturity
assessment undertaken with external support in
2022. The assessment was designed to identify
the ESG topics most relevant to The Workdry
Group’s business model, stakeholders and
long-term resilience, and to evaluate the maturity
of existing activities across The Group.
This section sets out how The Workdry
Group has identified and prioritised the
environmental, social and governance issues
that are most material to our operations,
long-term resilience and value creation.

The Materiality assessment drew on internal
stakeholder interviews, an ESG workshop and
external insight, and considered the perspectives
of key stakeholder groups including customers,
employees, suppliers, regulators and capital
providers.
