ESG Maturity
Our initial ESG Maturity assessment established a
clear baseline for The Workdry Group, identifying
that while a broad range of ESG-related activities
were underway, these were largely decentralised,
inconsistently formalised, and not supported by a
cohesive group-wide strategy, defined targets,
or clear accountability.
At that time, performance across ESG topics was
characterised by pockets of good practice such
as early-stage emissions reporting, strong health
and safety systems, and established ethical
policies but with limited integration, incomplete
data coverage, and inconsistent alignment
to strategic priorities.
Overall, the 2022 baseline indicated that most ESG
topics were positioned at an early-to-developing
stage of Maturity, with activity in place but limited
formalisation, base-lining and performance
management.
