On the social side, we established The Group’s first
Social Value Baseline, creating a clear starting point
from which to measure progress and impact across
the business. We also introduced our UK Volunteering
Programme, helping to embed social value more
consistently into our operations and culture.
These steps mark an important shift from ad-hoc
activity to a more structured, measurable approach.
We have also continued to strengthen governance,
reporting and transparency, reflected in improved
sustainability benchmarking performance, including
progress across GRESB and EcoVadis. Together, these
