Delivering On Our Plan
Throughout 2025, we focused on turning the routemap’s recommendations into action. This included:
Decarbonising our energy use:
Transitioning our fleet:
•
•
•
We secured renewable energy supply
agreements for our UK and European operations,
significantly reducing the emissions associated
with our facilities.
Our solar array at our Siltbuster head office
site in Monmouth has been augmented with
battery storage facility of 156 kWh which allows
us to use solar energy during evening and
night period and lower consumption of nonrenewable electricity from the Grid. The site has
also upgraded to a fully electric heating system,
eliminating the use of gas.
•
•
Investment in electric vehicles (EVs)
continued, alongside trials and deployment of
next-generation, lower-emission engines across
our operational fleet.
100% of our car fleet is now PHEV, of that 52%
is full EV. In 2025, this investment led to an 88%
increase in EV car miles driven compared to
2024.
We now have 113 branch EV chargers and 60
subsidised home chargers.

Building for the future:
