Looking Ahead
We are proud of the momentum created in
2025. The foundations we have laid—renewable
energy, cleaner transport, sustainable design,
forward-looking targets—represent meaningful
progress on a long-term challenge.
We know that our Net Zero pathway relies on
innovation, advancements and refinements in
technology and infrastructure. As such our
Net Zero Routemap is dynamic and designed
to be flexible as both known and unknown
factors develop.
As we look to the future, we recognise that our
total emissions but in particular Scope 3 emissions
are likely to increase in the short to medium term
as we continue to expand. Future reductions in
our Scope 3 emissions will be dependent upon the
development of low or zero carbon technologies,
the availability of renewable diesel and the
adoption of these options by customers.
In 2026 we will introduce a new sustainable
procurement platform to help us better engage
with our supply chain, understanding their
commitments to reducing their own emissions,
which over time can positively impact our Scope
3 emissions.
Our focus for the coming years is to continue
delivering against our Routemap, strengthening
our resilience as a business and maximising the
positive impact we can have for our customers,
communities, and the environment.
