As part of our approach to improving operational
efficiency in line with our Energy Savings
Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) action plan, The
Workdry Group has begun deploying Bitpool, an
AI-assisted utility monitoring platform designed
to support more informed energy and building
performance management.
Following a successful pilot at our Chandlers Ford
site, we are progressing with the rollout of Bitpool
across additional UK locations. The platform
enables improved visibility of utility consumption
at site level, supporting the identification of
energy efficiency opportunities and more effective
monitoring of building performance.
Bitpool forms part of Workdry’s wider property

strategy, which includes initiatives such as
energy efficiency improvements and the assessment
of on-site renewable energy opportunities.
By strengthening the quality and accessibility of
utility data, Bitpool supports better decision-making,
contributes to improved environmental management,
and underpins ongoing enhancements to ESG data.
We experienced some load capacity challenges on
some sites in 2025 and as a result we have engaged
a new specialist Mechanical and Electrical (M&E)
contractor to ensure we have the electrical capacity
we need to support business growth alongside
low emissions heating systems, lighting and an
expanded EV charger network. Bitpool has already
proven invaluable in identifying energy hotspots and
capacity pinch points.
