Sustainable Property Strategy
As part of our growth strategy, in 2025 we
began work on our new Head Quarters (HQ)
development in the UK. We are targeting a
BREEAM New Construction ‘Excellent’ rating,
reflecting strong sustainability performance
across energy, water, health, ecology and
long term operational efficiency.
Construction began in 2025 and will be completed
by Autumn 2026. The exciting new development
will deliver benefits in line with all relevant BREEAM
categories, including:

Health & Wellbeing

Lighting designed to hartered Institution
of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE)
standards
Thermal comfort modelling, including future
climate change scenarios.
Provision of external amenity space
to support wellbeing, with breakout,
collaboration and refreshment spaces.
Introduction of agile working furniture to
allow for different ways of working (e.g.
private, high focus, collaboration).

Whole Lifecycle Costing (LCC) assessments at
both elemental and component level.
Contractor led responsible construction
practices supported by ISO 14001-certified
environmental management systems, with our
delivery partner (Portakabin).
