As part of our commitment to continual improvement,
this year the GTIS team launched our new Innovative
Ideas Platform — a space designed for our teams to
share creative solutions and fresh thinking.
Innovation is central to our business and helps drive
our Growth Strategy. Every idea, big or small, has
the potential to make a meaningful impact for our
company and our customers — whether it streamlines
processes, enhances the customer experience,
opens new product opportunities, or strengthens
our safety practices.
The Innovative Ideas Platform is the go-to space for
sharing creative solutions and turning ideas into real
impact.
We encourage our employees to make suggestions
that align with our goals to:

• Drive operational efficiency
• Support sustainability
• Enhance safety
• Innovate new or existing products

Taking part is easy. Employees submit their
ideas online, these are then reviewed by our
GTIS team. Successful ideas are implemented
and staff are rewarded with a gift voucher.
It’s a win win for innovation and staff
engagement and we’re looking forward to
seeing more ideas come through in 2026.
