Employee Health, Safety and Wellbeing were clearly
highlighted as high importance by our materiality
assessment. We have robust systems in place to
respond to the challenges of working safely across
construction and infrastructure.
Our approach to health and safety is supported by
defined management systems and performance
indicators, which enable us to monitor incident
trends, assess risk management effectiveness
and identify areas for improvement. The data and
examples below provide an overview of our health
and safety performance during the reporting
period and illustrate how learning and continuous
improvement are applied across The Group.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our workforce
is a fundamental priority and a critical enabler
of operational performance. The Workdry Group
operates in environments where effective safety
management is essential, and maintaining high
standards of health and safety is integral to how
work is planned, delivered and supervised.
Governance arrangements, policies and procedures
support a strong safety culture across The Group,
with clear responsibilities for managing risks,
reporting incidents and promoting continuous
improvement. Alongside physical safety, we
recognise the importance of supporting employee
wellbeing including mental health as a fundamental
part of creating a healthy, engaged and highperforming workforce.
