Following the relaunch of the home safe safety
campaign in March 2025, the business has seen
clear improvements in safety performance and
engagement. High-severity incidents declined
steadily after March, reaching consistently
low levels in the second half of 2025. Overall
accidents reduced from 19 in 2024 to 15 in 2025,
while near misses also fell, reflecting stronger risk
awareness across operations.
Lost time days

The impact of incidents also improved, with
lost time days reduced by 47%. Engagement
has strengthened through a growing Safety
Champions network of around 50 volunteers,
helping embed safer behaviours and reinforce a
proactive safety culture across the organisation.
