Listening To Our People
As part of our commitment to continuous
improvement, we launched our Safety Culture
Survey in 2025 to better understand how safety is
experienced across our organisation and ensure
every employee has a voice in shaping a safer
workplace.
The survey allows colleagues to share feedback on
safety behaviours, leadership visibility, reporting
confidence, and everyday working practices.
With participation between 41% and 44% across
the organisation, the results provided valuable
insight and demonstrated strong engagement from
employees willing to speak openly about safety.
