Community Investment
Community investment is a core commitment within
The Group’s ESG Framework and a key enabler
of our Social Value Strategy. We recognise that
responsible growth includes contributing positively
to the communities in which we operate and
ensuring that our investment delivers meaningful,
measurable social value.
In 2025 we delivered over £80,000 in charitable
donations, supporting causes close to our hearts
across the globe. These included our ongoing
partnership with Gwent Wildlife Trust in Wales,
Honeypots and Andy’s Man Club as well as many
others.
Building on another successful year, at the end
of 2025, The Workdry Group launched a new

£150,000 Community Investment Fund (CIF) in
the UK to provide even more support to local
charities and community groups aligned with our
values. The new dedicated fund is designed to
provide targeted support where it can deliver the
greatest benefit, while also strengthening local
engagement and supporting the goals of our
customers.
What’s most exciting is that the CIF is employee
led. We actively invite applications for funding
from across our UK teams. Funding decisions are
overseen by the Social Value Committee, which
meets monthly to ensure that investments are
aligned with The Workdry Group’s values and be
linked to clear, measurable social value outcomes.
We’re excited to see the impacts over the next 12
months and look forward to adding it to our social
value baseline for 2026.
