Nature Positive Hire
Looking ahead, in 2026 we’ll be launching an
exciting new climate partnership with Ecologi.
We’ll be introducing a ‘Nature-Positive Hire’ scheme
in the UK. Although Biodiversity is not one of our
highest material topics, we have an ambition to
go beyond. This initiative reflects our ambition to
go beyond emissions management and play a role
in supporting nature recovery.
Through this scheme, The Workdry Group will fund
the restoration of UK habitats, including peatland,
native woodland and wildflower meadows.
These projects are designed to support biodiversity,
enhance ecosystem resilience and contribute to the
protection and recovery of nature.

This approach is not based on carbon offsetting.
Instead, it reflects a deliberate focus on being
nature-positive, supporting long-term
environmental outcomes that align with our ESG
Framework and wider environmental ambitions.
We’ll be trialling the scheme in the UK to begin
with but aiming to launch globally in 2027.
Working with Ecologi we are starting to identify
potential restoration projects we can support
across Europe and the US when ready.
