Celebrating 80 Years of Selwood
2026 marks an incredible milestone for Selwood,
part of The Workdry Group - 80 years of service,
innovation, and dedication.
Over the past eight decades, the business has
grown through the hard work, commitment, and
expertise of the people, both past and present,
who make up our company today.
To celebrate this special anniversary, we’re inviting
all our UK colleagues to take part in a series of
activities that recognise our history, our people,
and the communities around us.
As part of the celebrations we’ll be forming
a new Strategic Charity Partnership with
Minstead Trust. A wonderful organisation
focused on removing barriers for people
with learning disabilities and autism.
The Charity was founded by Tim Selwood –
who’s father founded Selwood back in 1946.
Our 80 acts of kindness initiative will help ensure
we leave a lasting legacy this year across the UK,
through volunteering, charitable donation, and
fundraising.
