Invest in People
The Workdry Group’s success depends on the
skills, experience and commitment of its people.
The Group’s social approach therefore places
strong emphasis on attracting, developing and
retaining people with the capabilities required to
support both current operations and future growth.
Alongside this, we had 193 new starters and 403
existing staff attended accredited training. We know
that developing our existing staff is one of the best
ways we can retain talent and enhance employee
engagement. This came out very clearly in our
employee engagement survey results.
This includes structured approaches to training
and development, skills planning and career
progression. By investing in workforce capability,
we aim to strengthen resilience, reduce operational
risk and support long-term business sustainability
in a competitive labour market.
Training programmes are designed to support
operational safety, regulatory compliance,
leadership capability and workforce wellbeing,
while enabling employees to develop and progress
within the business.
During 2025, we delivered 4,747 days of training,
with 833 employees participating in learning and
development activities across The Group.
