Apprentice Talent Pipeline
Our established apprenticeship programme plays
an important role in attracting new talent, building
technical expertise and equipping individuals
with the confidence, teamwork and real-world
experience needed for lifelong employability.
Our future talent pipeline and skills shortage is a
material risk for the business. Investment in our
apprentice scheme is a key mechanism to mitigate
those risks and ensure we develop the next
generation of engineering talent.
We actively engage with education and training
partners to promote apprenticeships as a route
into meaningful careers, offering clear progression
and development opportunities within a growing
international business.
We place strong emphasis on celebrating
apprentice achievements and the contribution
they make to The Group’s success; particularly
in relation to recognition and ongoing access to
development.
