The results highlighted clear areas of strength,
including role clarity, support and enablement.
Our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) was
+14, based on an average recommendation score
of 7.51 out of 10, positioning The Workdry Group
broadly in line with industry peers and reinforcing
the overall signal of engagement.
The survey also identified opportunities to further
enhance the employee experience, particularly in
relation to recognition, employee voice and access
to development.
These insights directly inform our Learning &
Development strategy, reinforcing the importance
of targeted training, capability building and
continued professional development as key
drivers of engagement.

We’re committed to taking action off the
back of the survey results and have begun
developing these at branch level. We’ll play
back progress to staff over the next 12 months
before repeating the survey later in the year.
