Playing with Pumps
As part of our onboarding program in Europe,
new employees participate in a practical training
module in which they are introduced to our pump
technology in an interactive way. During this
session, they work together on assembling a pump
setup and gain insight into the operation
and application of our products.
Technical Engineer, Gert Oudenampsen explains:
“For this training, we developed a clear pump
configuration, and all necessary tools were
carefully prepared. Participants were guided by
experienced colleagues, ensuring that knowledge
sharing, collaboration, and safety remained
central throughout the session. “

The training was well received and represents
