We’re proud that the business delivered over
£92m worth of social value beyond our core
operations in 2025. A 59% increase on our
2024 baseline. This places us well above
industry average. We’re immensely proud of
our position as an industry leader. While the
headline figure is significant, we recognise that
its value lies in understanding what sits behind
it. In 2025 most of that value was linked to the
local employment opportunities our business
growth has afforded, supplemented by our
spend with local suppliers and the upskilling
of our staff.
