The Workdry Group ESG Report 2025 - Report - Page 97
We’re still refining our reporting. To support
transparency and accountability, The Workdry
Group has joined the Social Value Portal,
providing a centralised platform to capture,
evidence and report social value delivery in line
with customer and framework requirements.
Going forward this will help ensure commitments
are measurable, auditable and aligned with how
our customers assess social value performance.
The quality and availability of skilled people is a
key challenge across our sector. Our approach
to social value plays an important role in
addressing this.
We know that both existing staff and prospective
joiners increasingly want to work for purpose led
organisations which align with their own values.

So not only does our focus on Social Value align
us with customer demands its also strategically
important to ensure we attract and retain the talent
we need to continue to succeed.
We are focused on:
• Developing skills across our workforce
• Creating a safe, inclusive and supportive
working environment
• Providing opportunities for career progression
These initiatives support:
• Improved colleague retention
• Greater resilience in the face of labour market
constraints
• A stronger, more capable workforce to support
future growth
We see social value as an important part of how we
deliver long-term value for all stakeholders. Over
the coming years, we will continue to embed social
value into business-as-usual activity, strengthen
data quality and reporting, and ensure our social
value delivery creates lasting benefit for both
society and the long-term success of The Workdry
Group. Our objective is to ensure that as The Group
continues to grow, the positive contribution we
make to society grows alongside it.
