Committed to Inclusion
Workplace diversity was identified through The
Workdry Group’s materiality assessment as a
priority social topic and an important enabler of
business performance, resilience and workforce
wellbeing.
The Workdry Group is committed to providing a
fair, inclusive and respectful working environment
where individuals are treated with dignity and have
access to opportunity.
Our focus on inclusive recruitment practices
helped lead to a 72% increase in the number of
female employees across the group this year. This
included our first female Electrician and first female
Pump Solutions Manager.

We recently joined the UK Women’s Utility
Network (WUN) a sector-wide network focused
on supporting, developing and inspiring women
across the utilities industry. We are actively
engaged with their mentorship programme. We
have further to go but we’re proud to be amongst
industry leaders helping bring greater diversity to
a traditionally male-dominated sector.
We want our workforce to reflect the communities
which we work in and recruit from.
We recognise that a diverse workforce brings a
breadth of perspectives, skills and experience that
contribute to workforce engagement, innovation
and decision-making.
